Gonvarri MS R&D, the R&D Centre of Gonvarri Metal Structures, focuses its 4th Strategic R&D Plan on increasing energy production in photovoltaic solar trackers and optimizing the galvanizing process.
The projects addressed are:
- Research of new intelligent methods to increase energy production in photovoltaic solar trackers (SOLARIN).
- Research to optimize the galvanizing process: sustainability and circular economy strategy (GREENZINC).
The projects are co-financed by the Government of the Principality of Asturias through the Asturian Science, Business Competitiveness and Innovation Agency (SEKUENS) and the Science, Technology and Innovation Plan (PCTI) and the European Union through the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF).
