Channels

The channels are the way by which possible irregularities, non-compliance, or conduct incompatible with the law and the framework established by the Code of Ethics can be reported.

All complaints will be treated with absolute confidentiality and the rights to privacy, defence and the presumption of innocence of those under investigation will be guaranteed during the investigation.
